So...
10 Oct 2008
Life has been busy. I have a book being published this month (or so it looks that way) and I started a new website dedicated to the Inheritance Cycle which has skyrocketed since launch (brisingr -dot- net).
Does that mean Pokemon Sky is dead?
NO! I've worked too hard on this site to close it down like some other webmasters do. Still, I have neglected the site news wise and content wise for the last couple months. Again, for the same reasons aforementioned.
So, I will be writing up Platinum pages and finally getting to the Dialga vs Palkia pages within the next couple weeks. However, I'm open for people who wanna join the staff and post news. Just drop me an email at: saulitodm [at] gmail.com or in a comment to this post with ur email.
See yeh till then!

Hello Everyone <3
Again, I say. Pokemon Sky is not dead.
I'm sure Saul has an excuse for not posting or updating much for the past months. It's been hard to update myself, Since Saul has to approve the news first =D
Anyway, Platinum is out in Japan!
What is Platinum? Platinum is the long waited new Pokemon game. It's main character is Giratina, who is available in it's two forms, the origin and normal form ^-^
I'm going to get the game soon, so I will post more information soon =D
See you!

Eleventh Pokemon Movie Takes Second
23 Jul 2008
The latest Pokemon movie, Pokémon Diamond & Pearl the Movie: Giratina and the Sky's Bouquet: Shaymin, hit Japanese theaters on the 19th, bringing in some rather sweet deals. Pokemon fans who bought tickets to view the film were graced with a level 50 Shaymin when they brought their Nintendo DS to the movie. Additionally, those who preordered their tickets were able to download a level 100 Regigigas onto their Diamond and Pearl Games. A report has come in and we now know the movie's performance at the Japanese box office. The movie made 1,018,767,450 yen, the equivalent to about 9.45 million USD. 981,543 people attended the movie, setting the eleventh Pokemon film at a comfortable second place in the Japanese box office right behind Ponyo on the Cliff by the Sea and beating notable films such as Boys Over Flowers The Movie and Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. Pokemon films are a big thing in Japan. As of current, Gekijōban Poketto Monsutā Daiyamondo Pāru Diaruga Tai Parukia Tai Dākurai ( Pokemon: The Rise of Darkrai), has had the thirty-fifth largest opening weekend in Japanese film history. On its opening weekend, it was in fact at the very top. Sources: BulbaNews, Box Office Japan, and Box Office Mojo

Platinum Trailer
21 Jul 2008
Cheers to PokeJungle for this find! Apparently, a fan in Japan was able to watch the Platinum Commercial off of a television set decorated for Pokemon Platinum. Thankfully, this fan recorded the trailer and now it has been surfing the web throughout numerous different fansites. Hopefully, we'll see a better quality video soon.

Shadows of Almia
19 Jul 2008
Sorry, I was gone this week so this is a tad bit late.
At E3, there were some details on the American version of the latest Pokemon Ranger game. Among those was that of the name, Pokemon Ranger: Shadows of Almia. Along with that were details such as Diamond and Pearl Pokemon being partners, new environments, an expanded plot and the new region of Almia where you will play to become the Top Ranger.
The game is expected to be released November 10th, 2008.
Among that, a trailer was shown off at E3, and Pokemon Sky TV has it on YouTube.
Thanks PokeJungle for the heads up!
